TerraFab OS helps project teams capture, organise and review evidence across offsite manufacturing and delivery — the same hold points and evidence rules apply wherever a facility is located.

Common questions

No. TerraFab OS is configured around the factory you have chosen — its hold points, witness points and evidence requirements are set up in the platform for your project. TerraFab operates no factories.
The project's own independent certifier, independent of the factory and of TerraFab — never the factory, and never TerraFab. Hold-point decisions in TerraFab OS are certifier-only, and the certifier's identity and decision timestamp are recorded against each one. TerraFab supplies no certifier and no engineering service.
Evidence reports are structured to suit standard QS and project-monitor reporting, and authorised participants can be given role-based read-only access to the project record; the record holds no pricing. That narrows the information gap around offsite production — but the credit assessment, and the decision, remain entirely theirs. TerraFab provides no finance and guarantees no outcome. A non-conformance is raised with a disposition and rework plan. The hold point is not recorded as approved, and the open non-conformance stays visible against the milestone until it is closed out with evidence.
