For banks & financiers

Know what has actually been built.

TerraFab OS — structured, audit-ready evidence of manufacturing progress, inspections and compliance, with certifier decisions recorded against it.

Lenders and financiers need confidence that manufacturing progress matches what has been claimed. When most of a building is made offshore, that confidence is hard to come by — the information sits in a factory you cannot walk through. TerraFab OS provides an evidence-backed record of production, inspections and compliance, with the project certifier's decisions recorded against each hold point — supporting better-informed funding and progress-payment decisions through structured evidence. The assessment, and the decision, remain entirely yours.

What lenders can see

Hold-point decisions recorded against evidence by the project's independent certifier
Requirement-mapped evidence, milestone by milestone, for stronger due diligence
Audit-logged trail — records timestamped, with changes traceable
Role-based read-only access to the project record for authorised participants
Reporting that maps to the QS and project-monitor formats your team already reads

How the evidence works

Milestones arrive with the evidence behind them — so you are not assessing an assertion.

1

Milestones defined

The milestone schedule is agreed up front and fixed in the project record — visible to authorised participants, including you.

2

Evidence certified

The project's independent certifier assesses hold points, materials and workmanship against each milestone as manufacturing progresses, and records the decision in TerraFab OS.

3

Evidence report issued

An evidence report links the claimed milestone to the underlying records and the certifier who assessed it.

4

You decide

Your credit team assesses recorded evidence rather than an assertion of progress. What happens next is your call, under your own facility terms.

To be clear TerraFab OS is an evidence and compliance platform. It is not a lender, finance platform, escrow provider or payment intermediary; it does not hold, release, automate or direct funds, and it sits in no payment path. It does not guarantee funding approval, lender acceptance or the release of any progress payment, and it does not replace credit assessment, lending policy, legal security, quantity surveying, project monitoring or your own decision-making. What it does is improve the quality of the evidence in front of you.

Sample documentation

Claims backed by evidence your credit team can interrogate.

Each report links the claimed milestone to the hold points, material records and the independent certifier who assessed them — with a retained reference back to the underlying photographic evidence.

Traceable — records are timestamped, and edits create a visible revision trail.
Independent — assessed by the project's own certifier, independent of the factory and of TerraFab, whose judgement is their own. TerraFab supplies no certifier and no engineering service.
Auditable — exports map to standard QS / project-monitor reporting formats your team already reads.
